Can I still take walk-ins?
Yes. Add a walk-in to your diary from the dashboard with New appointment, so the slot is taken and nobody can book over it online.
Can clients choose their barber?
Yes, on Pro. Clients pick the barber they want, or choose whoever is free first.
Can each barber have their own calendar?
Yes, on Pro, with unlimited team members. Each person gets their own working hours and services, and can log in to see their own bookings. Clients can pick who they want, or take whoever is free.
Can every service have its own price and length?
Yes. A beard trim can take 20 minutes and a cut and beard an hour. Each service has its own price and duration, from 5 minutes to 8 hours, and clients only see times when the whole service fits.
Do clients need an app?
No. Clients book from a link in their phone's browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Can I use it alongside Instagram and WhatsApp?
Yes. Your booking link goes in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp Business profile, and you can paste it into any chat. Clients tap it and book without waiting for a reply.
Do I get a client list?
Yes, on both plans. Everyone who books is added to your Clients list with their visits, no-shows and next booking, and you can keep private notes on each client.
Can I bring my clients from Fresha or another system?
Yes. Export your client list from Fresha, Booksy, GetMeBooked or a spreadsheet as a CSV file and import it under Clients. Names, phone numbers, emails and notes come across; past visits do not. Nobody is emailed when you import.
