The service

Clinzo provides aesthetics businesses with a branded online booking page, a dashboard and automated booking emails. Clinzo is operated by Vanta Flows, South Africa.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Trials and billing

New businesses get a 7-day free trial (founding members get 30 days), with no card required. After the trial, the service costs R999 per month, billed via PayFast. Billing is month to month, with no fixed term.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no cancellation fees. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Client data and POPIA

For client information collected through your booking page, you are the responsible party and Clinzo acts as your operator under POPIA. We process client data only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis for the client information you collect.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no spam through the platform, and no attempts to breach security or access other businesses' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by South African law, Clinzo's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding month. Clinzo is a booking tool; businesses remain responsible for their own services and client care.

Governing law

South African law applies.
