Can clients book a consultation first?
Yes. Add a consultation as its own service with its own length and price, and list your treatments beside it.
Can each practitioner offer different treatments?
Yes, on Pro. You choose which treatments each practitioner does, and clients only see the people who do the treatment they picked.
How is client information handled?
Client details live in your clinic's account, are used only to run your bookings, and are never sold or shared. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information under POPIA.
Do clients need an app?
No. Clients book from a link in their phone's browser. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Can I use it alongside Instagram and WhatsApp?
Yes. Your booking link goes in your Instagram bio and your WhatsApp Business profile, and you can paste it into any chat. Clients tap it and book without waiting for a reply.
Do I get a client list?
Yes, on both plans. Everyone who books is added to your Clients list with their visits, no-shows and next booking, and you can keep private notes on each client.
Can I bring my clients from Fresha or another system?
Yes. Export your client list from Fresha, Booksy, GetMeBooked or a spreadsheet as a CSV file and import it under Clients. Names, phone numbers, emails and notes come across; past visits do not. Nobody is emailed when you import.
